So, whether in your kitchen or the basement bar the black coated pedestal is built for durability and the 17.52” base offers a tip-free, stable support that helps provide durability and sturdiness for long-lasting wear as well as maximum legroom. Featuring two adjustable swivel stools with black PVC seat and black metal base that swivel 360 degrees for extra utility. The backless design makes these convenient for storing away when adjusted to the lowest position. Your guests can have their seat at their preferred height, raised up to 30.79” or easily lowered to 22.68” by just lifting the leveler on the side, making these suitable for all guest. With a 15” base that helps add sturdiness and foot bar providing that additional comfort while sitting. This set is shipped out in 2 boxes, each including the hardware necessary for assembly. Replacement part request can be submitted directly to the manufacturer within 60 days from date of purchase.

Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, simply send photos to returns@lovekitchenisland.com and we will ship you replacement parts at no charge. This is in lieu of asking you, the customer, to return the product and receive a replacement.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 15% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If you see that your items are damaged upon delivery, please send photos of the damaged parts to returns@lovekitchenisland.com within ten (10) days of receipt of said goods and we will process a warranty claim on your behalf with Winsome Wood. You may also call us at +1 (503) 208-4658 and we are more than happy to get your warranty claim started as soon as possible. In most cases, damages can be resolved with replacement parts which we ship to you at no charge.

Defects:
Winsome Wood thoroughly inspects each item before leaving their facility. Each item is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. Should any issues develop during that 1 year period, we will contact Winsome Wood on your behalf to see if your problem can be resolved with a no cost replacement part prior to returning that item, freight prepaid, to Winsome Wood. If an inspection by Winsome Wood shows the problem is caused by defective workmanship or material, Winsome Wood will repair (or, at our option, replace) and re ship your item without charge.
This warranty does not apply where:
•Repairs have been made and/or attempted to be made;
•Repairs and/or replacement are required due to normal wear and tear;
•The item has been abused, misused or improperly maintained; and/or,
•Alterations have been made and/or attempted to be made.
During and after the 1 year term of warranty, Winsome Wood shall not be liable for:
•Any indirect, incidental and/or consequential damages from the sale and/or use of the product.
After the 1 year term of warranty, Winsome Wood shall not be liable for:
Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of "merchantability" and/or "fitness for a specific purpose".
