Order Shipment:

For made-to-order products, build time is 4-6 weeks. Once a product ships we will send you tracking information within 24 hours to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us after six weeks, feel free to follow up with us at orders@lovekitchenisland.com. For products kept in stock (not made-to-order), orders leave the warehouse within 5 business days.

Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. ModaBlak products ship out of Long Beach, CA. Arranging a pick up from your local freight hub could mitigate extended delays. Local delivery can be arranged within 100 miles of area code 90755. Pick up is also available (by appointment only).

Easy Returns:

If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to process returns within 30 days of your order arriving at your home. To start a return, please email us at returns@lovekitchenisland.com and we will be happy to start the process for you.

For customized or personalized orders, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.

Keep in mind that, with the exception of damaged or defective products, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return a product due to damage or defect, you will not be charged for shipping and the below policies take effect.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive and before accepting the delivery. If your delivered goods have damage that can be seen from the outside (not concealed damage), please refuse the delivery and note this damage on the shipping bill of lading. We will ship you a new item at no charge in this case.

If you see that your items are damaged upon opening the packaging (concealed damage), please send photos of the damage to returns@lovekitchenisland.com within three (3) days of receipt of said goods and we will process a warranty claim on your behalf with ModaBlak. You may also call us at +1 (503) 208-4658 and we are more than happy to get your warranty claim started as soon as possible.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor's website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

•You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.

•Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.

•The item must be in stock on the competitor's website.

•The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location.

•The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc.).

•The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.

•The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax.

Home design has always been an obsession of mine. COVID hit and I was released from an internationally recognized furniture company. One thing led to another, and here we are; a newly established high-end furniture studio that focuses on biophilic design. We are committed to exceptional quality with a lot more to offer in the near future.

What makes us unique?

Not only are we a fair trade company, but we also make a conscious effort to be considerate of the environment. We use less waist, and recycle all that we can. Our focus is to use materials that are sustainable and durable. By creating furniture that is not disposable, indirectly, we are decreasing the influence on landfill.

Undoubtedly, curating the space you love is magic when it all comes together. What they fail to tell you is what that new sofa, coffee table or credenza is costing our environment. Not only are we taking stand to bring awareness to the matter, but also taking substantial action to make change happen quickly. We plant a tree for every purchase made.
