If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to process returns within 30 days of your order arriving at your home. To start a return, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to start the process for you.
Keep in mind that, with the exception of damaged or defective products, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return a product due to damage or defect, you will not be charged for shipping and the below policies take effect.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please note this damage on the shipping manifest and send photos of the damaged parts to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process a warranty claim on your behalf with Anderson Teak. You may also call us at +1 (503) 208-4658 and we are more than happy to get your warranty claim started as soon as possible.
Anderson honors the Limited Warranty to the original retail purchaser, to be free from the manufacturing defects. Anderson will be responsible, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts excluding shipping cost from the retailer to and from Anderson or a repair center appointed by the Customer Service Department of Anderson to the original purchaser. After one year from the date of purchaser, the customer will be responsible to packing, and all the shipping and transportation costs. A 1-Year Limited Warranty for Commercial use and a 2-Year Limited Warranty is given for residential use for the same products mentioned above. Please see below what is not covered on the warranty.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account (credit card, PayPal account or otherwise) that you used when placing your order.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor's website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
