No Returns:

In order to offer competitive prices, we do not offer returns for any products other than in the case of a manufacturer defect. Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we offer replacement parts shipped at no cost to you. If you receive a product that does not match the description or photo you see on our website, please reach out to us at support@lovekitchenisland.com. 

If you would like to cancel an order before it ships, please reach out to us at support@lovekitchenisland.com and we will be happy to issue you a full refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
