If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to process returns within 30 days of your order arriving at your home. To start a return, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to start the process for you.
Keep in mind that, with the exception of damaged or defective products, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return a product due to damage or defect, you will not be charged for shipping and the below policies take effect.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive and before accepting the delivery. If your delivered goods have damage that can be seen from the outside (not concealed damage), please refuse the delivery and note this damage on the shipping bill of lading. We will ship you a new item at no charge in this case. Broken glass must also be reported and refused at the time of delivery.
If you see that your items are damaged upon opening the packaging (concealed damage), please send photos of the damaged parts to firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) days of receipt of said goods and we will process a warranty claim on your behalf with Sunset Trading®. You may also call us at +1 (503) 208-4658 and we are more than happy to get your warranty claim started as soon as possible.
Sunset Trading® thoroughly inspects each item before leaving their facility. Each item is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. Should any issues develop during that 1 year period, we will contact Sunset Trading on your behalf to see if your problem can be resolved with a no cost replacement part prior to returning that item, freight prepaid, to Sunset Trading®. If an inspection by Sunset Trading® shows the problem is caused by defective workmanship or material, Sunset Trading® will repair (or, at our option, replace) and re ship your item without charge.
This warranty does not apply where:
•Repairs have been made and/or attempted to be made;
•Repairs and/or replacement are required due to normal wear and tear;
•The item has been abused, misused or improperly maintained; and/or,
•Alterations have been made and/or attempted to be made.
During and after the 1 year term of warranty, Sunset Trading® shall not be liable for:
•Any indirect, incidental and/or consequential damages from the sale and/or use of the product.
After the 1 year term of warranty, Sunset Trading® shall not be liable for:
Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of "merchantability" and/or "fitness for a specific purpose".
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account (credit card, PayPal account or otherwise) that you used when placing your order.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor's website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
